I cannot log on to my computer

I cant log on to my computer when i open it. even the sign to put password doest'n show up. I also cant open using safe mode. Please help.my screen only showing like that.

I'm not sure if "Safe mode with Command Prompt" requires you to log in first, but try that. If that doesn't help, just put in your Win7 install media and use "Repair my computer". Either way, I'd use

sfc /scannow

in cmd to verify no system files were corrupted, in which case they'll be restored and you should be able to log back in.
