I cannot open Explorer - I get the error message 0xc0000006

Anyone can help please?

I turn the computer on, Windows (7 Home Premium, on a Dell Inspiron) starts, I go to my logon screen, type my password, hear the music and see the "Welcome" screen for a long time (3 minutes or so). Then I get a small error window with the message

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000006). Please Click OK to continue.​

I click OK, and I see a frozen screen (black, not blue).

That's it. Nothing else happen. Nothing works, except Ctrl+Alt+Del, Task Manager, where however, I cannot do anything.

I can start window with the command prompt, or in safe mode, but I cannot go to explorer works (I have run explorer from the cmd prompt, with the same result as described above).

I have run rstrui from the cmd prompt, but again nothing happened.

I'll be glad of any help.
