I cannot see moving screens in small icons

Hi guys .I have noticed that when i am playing ,in ie9 or mozilla , for example a video on youtube, and minimize the window then the video doesn't have move when i put the pointer to watch it in small icon .I remember that in vista there wasnt this kind of issue or am i supposed to change something in properties ...Do you know something?
The only way to see moving screen in small icon video is to have it on the main screen at the same time .

Flash and Java Items do not do this, WMV does not do it even, I think your crossing this with Media Players. They can be minimized and still see in the "Preview" bar on the bottom,

But why would you want this anyway.

A youtube video what kind of item is ? I think it is flash ,isn't it ?

Its Flash, I did say above. As a rule of thumb anything that has been minimized wont show Playing content.

Well you are right.I did the same with winmedia player and in minimized mode works fine ...
