I can't boot to Windows 7

Hi, I have problem cannot start up to window (user account) .I do all following steps you said but i cannot do a startup repair , repair fail system recovery. What i do now I can't boot to window account and i can't repair system recovery. Help please

I'm sad it will be the first answer you get but,

well in some cases trying to reformat the HD is the easy way to avoid many hours of pain. So before you start getting headache, think about reformating...

I'm pretty sure thought someone is likely to give you another way of handling this. Wait and see more advanced users comments.
