I can't install UxStyle Core - "system files have been tampered"

Hello, I read through this tutorial on how to install custom themes. When I try to install UxStyle Core it just says "your system files have been tampered with," even after I run sfc /scannow in CMD and restart my computer. I don't feel like running it again, and I don't see why I keep getting this message it's annoying.

I also did a system restore, it still doesn't work.

Are you using the right version? You need v0.2.1.0.
UxStyle is a bit of software that relaxes Windows theme signature requirements to enable third-party customization

suggest you run sfc /scannow.

tampered files warning, generally means 3rd party software hacks, including activation

Hi, I used a different UxTheme patcher called UltraUxThemePatcher, it worked fine and showed my DLLs are untouched before I installed it. I backed up the DLLs too.
