I can't upgrade (repair)

Hi, I had problem with IE 9 RC. I posted it here but there is not solution !(I cant send mails from the Hotmail ).
I tried the Final version of IE9 ,but the problem didnt slove. I wanted to repair the Win7+sp1 (upgarde) but it showing me this message:

Your current version of Windows is more recent than the version you are trying to upgrade to. Windows cannot complete the upgrade.


Windows needs to be restarted so necessary changes to system files can be made before continuing.

You'll need to slipstream SP1 into your DVD ISO to run a Repair Install now: Slipstream Windows 7 SP1 into a Installation DVD or ISO File - Windows 7 Forums

Update the driver shown, or uninstall it during Repair.

And what will happend after slipstream SP1 ?
I think i need to remove the sp1 but i cant

If you slipstream SP1 into the install ISO it will make it the same version as the installed Win7 so you can http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html?ltr=R. Isn't that what you wanted?

Plus you have the latest installer instead of having to do a year's worth of Updates or run SP1 after install. Why not?
