Is the win10 download savable to install on other windows 7 PC's?

I don't believe there is a iso or if there is it's not all that easy to find I looked briefly
Even signed in to M$ and I am joined to the insiders program still did not see a obvious link to an iso :/

There's two options to get the ISO,

I can not copy the win10 iso file from an ubuntu linux PC to a fresh install of win7 pc, what can i do to copy it?
I am logged in as boat2, which is an admin with no password.

I was able to copy other files from that folder into the windows folder/

IS win7 rejecting the copy?
How do I tell myself boat2 that boat2 can copy the file?

Oh, I got it, had to change file permissions for it in linux.

Well, I do not have a big enough usb thumb drive, so I could not copy the iso files onto it.
Anything I can do? can it run from hard drive? Can it run from a an external hard drive?

step 6 works, step 7 did not, it opened a command window and I never got a window to point to where the files are.

4. Insert the USB key with the ISO files.

5. Double click Prepare-USBKey.cmd.

6. You will be prompted to point to the USB key where you would like to copy the
TechBench scripts. If you are making a single install USB (only 1 setup with dual
architecture) then just choose the root of the drive. If you are placing multiple installs on
the USB, then choose the language folder. Click OK and a browse window will open.
following instructions on create usb stick, it has an error,
7. Next, you will be prompted to point to the TechBench_<date>.zip, or if you have already
extracted this, point to Techbench.cmd. This automatically place all the files you need on
the USB in the right structure. Click OK and a browse window will open.

8. Next you will be asked to enter your retailer name. This will be applied to all PCs that you
upgrade using the script from this key. You’ll see a green notification that this is

If you are running Windows 7, you will
need a 3 rd party App in order to mount the ISO file to perform this copy step.

What free tool can I use for this?

Well, spent some hours with this and cant figure it out yet, so will wait and see if anyone will share what to do.

tried to install win10 from MS technet but had issues

So now everytime it boots, a command prompt comes up and tries to resume the upgrade with errors in red lines appearing.
I have just been closing the command prompt window, but how can I stop it from popping up?

Well it installed 186 updates, and booted up with no error. I had tried the win10 upgrade on a fresh install, but I just could not do it.
