I don't have an Uninstall a Program window anymore

Uninstall a program window does not open, the link is not working. How I'll open that window?

Go to Control Panel>Programs and Features, highlight the Program and Uninstall.

Otherwise, install free Revo Uninstaller which gets all registry and file traces out after triggering uninstall.

Did you try Revo Uninstaller gregrocker suggested as well? Make sure you get the free one (click on download under the Freeware column).
