I have a problem

I worked windows vista in my labtop (Acer 7720) and changed it to windows 7 and after a week it has an activation cod Error in the first of windows starting .
I don`t know but 100% did it wrong and then my system can not work any way
it`s error is in the blue background page and it`s style is : ---- line track . pleas help me . what am i doing with this ?
