Forgive me if this is in the wrong place, I didn't know where else to post it. My problem is this, some small parts of web pages (no matter which browser I use) don't show up and I get an "error 102" I've searched all over for a fix and nothing has worked so far. So i'm wondering if anyone here can help? Thank you kindly in advance.

Try disabling your firewall and see if that helps.

Also, try Googling for error 102. It turns up so many solutions, I can't post them all.

Hi Tammy,

Can you give a list of some of the websites so that we can check to see whether we have issues with them as well?

It would be very helpful if you could also include

a) The web addresses where this happens
b) The text part of the error message
c) Which browser you're using when it happens
d) Which parts of the website don't appear

The problem is simply that "error 102" has a million permutations depending on which software you are using...

In the mean time head over to Adobe and make sure you have the latest versions of Flash and Shockwave installed... many websites use these to display moving images.
