I have accidentally deleted windows 7 recovery partion , I got Samsung laptop. I lost Microsoft Win 7 recovery partition and all other data. I dont have any win 7 installtion CD when I bought thay said its in there recovery . I getting error messages when pressing F4 starting something like "windows is loading files " and after it says this computer cannot be restored with recovery disks or something like that .
I really need to recover this Please tell me any reliable method to reslove it ASAP..

You should be able to contact Samsung and order the recovery DVD to restore the laptop, perhaps even the recovery partition.

I know thats the normal procedure while I was googling I seen that similar issue with someone and people put same answer :) , I already did that to contact vendor I need to know is that any other way to restore factory or restore deleted recovery partition. googled a lot and found few recover software not sure will they work I need to know any repair techniques , tricks , tips and hack ..

No, nothing will restore the recovery partition to a state where it can be used as intended to restore the computer. Not only have you lost the data but the partition table has been changed. Perhaps, with a lot of effort and some luck, you could use a partition editor like GPartD (Gnome Partition Editor) or similar to fix the links but it's not an easy thing to do and takes a fair bit of knowledge about the structure of the boot sector and partition table and such.

Best just to wait for the recovery DVD. Once you have it, I would strongly recommend setting up a good backup strategy so you can make an image backup of the recovery partition as well as the boot partition. A second internal hard drive or a good sized external hard drive and the built in backup tool or software like Acronis True Image would be the best way to go.
