I would like to see an improvement on the Windows 7 Taskbar.
I would like to open any application, change the settings I want it to have every time I open it, and right-click the Taskbar button to pin it to the Taskbar.
For example, I would always like to open Windows Wordpad in the "Text Document" mode without manually making changes to the Windows Registry.
This would save us all a lot of time everyday that would be better spent doing other things. For instance, watching the only intelligent TV program ever produced, Rocky and Bullwinkle.
