The ProgressBar is very tough to get right I would suggest going here Concept Design Windows 7 Theme and download Mr Grimm's Concept theme and study what he did, look in both areas
Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Progress Bars > Indeterminate
and
Buttons, Boxes & Controls > Progress Bars > Normal

Thank you, I appreciate your help :D Now everything is running smoothly.

For my 1st problem, I follow like what you said [study theme from mr Grim], and I was able to solve my problem.

What I to do is, change the size of the original 'Progress Bar' and 'TransparentBar'
to [2560 W x 18 H in pixel], and then change 'STRECH' to 'TRUESIZE' in the 'SIZINGTYPE:ENUM' column.

and For my 2nd problem, I found the place to change the 'highlight' is on: -
Explorer & Shell> Explorer> ItemView> ItemView> ListItemNotFocus

Here the result : -

Once again, 'Thank You very much':D
