Solved I just install new window now but it still have the Blue screen thing

It is display/graphics failure.

And it is Integrated ATI Radeon HD 4250 graphics. The driver is too old.

No feasible update is listed in GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM3 - GA-880GA-UD3H (rev. 2.0)

IMHO it would be better if you get a PCIe graphics card.
