I lost my genuine after i reopend my notepad

i was gonna install Windows 10 on my Virtual Machine, but then i noticed when i reopened another window of notepad

Your Computer is not running Genuine Windows

then i noticed when i looked at My Computer > Properties

I LOST MY PRODUCT ID AND NOW MY WINDOWS IS NOT GENUINE!

i tried Windows Loader but it says "Failed to install Certificate"
Registry Editor but nothing worked
System Restore had an error so i went into safe mode and successfully but nothing changed within the product id
and Windows Activator the it said "an error has occurred" Description "the specified service does not exist as an installed service"

please tell me how i can fix this problem
did my genuine expire?
