I lost two browser why???

Hello everyone! I have problem. Few days I haven't Chrome, and since yesterday, the Opera ??? Just explorer but I don't want explorer.I know that we both Browsers been apdejt on new wersion.When I tried system restore, went out the message error occurred 0x80070005 ?? ? Please tell me how I can get Chrome and Opera again.I use Win 7 32-bit and ESET 7 as antivitus.Why I lost Chrome than Opera? Please help me. Thank you Brink,where are you?

Jut out of curiosity did you click on Restore on the yellow banner ?
Not sure what would remove an existing browser besides a virus of some sort which security suite do you have installed ?

You can use these free tools to see if they find anything,
Manually Update them before running full scans,
Try not to use your computer while the scans are running, (one at a time of course).

I've tried everything you wrote, but not happen.Only open a new clean page.Don't allows nothing, not even the option settings

Use Clean boot,

Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,
