I need a file to associate my CD drive to open blank

there is an error is telling me to associate my drive with a file in order to open a CD-RW

this CD-RW worked at first but now everytime I try to use a CD-RW a second time I get this message

this should not be the case and I am lost as far as what to download or even if I download a burning software if it will work

Hi zany, you are trying to open a file for which Windows doesn't know what to use. Can you give more details about how it happens? Is it the autorun when you insert the disk? You say it is when you try to use the CD-RW the second time, what have you used to burn the CD?
