Well, there USED to be. It really is a disappointment that MS stopped adding Outlook Express for free.

I used Outlook for many years and I was happy with it. It was quite a surprise when I got my new PC & found that it not only wasn't there, but I would have to pay for it.

I reluctantly went with Thunderbird, and although it wasn't what I wanted, I am happy with it.
The question was FREE Outlook, not FREE Outlook Express. MS Outlook has never been free...

I use GMX Free Webmail and E-Mail by GMX | Sign Up Now! Works fine for me and I set it to collect my other Email accounts (Google mail,etc) so I can check them all on one page.
You can also set up about 10 different names/addresses with GMX
