I need a new graphics card

So, I have figured out that my computer is lacking a "good" gaming graphics card.

The one I have at the moment is an Intel GMA X4500.

How will I know what graphics card is compatible with the socket it uses?

and what graphics card is good with a price range of $70-$100?

Could you please give us an idea of what PC do you have? not just the integrated video card

Plase fill the System Specs so we can help you. i'm guessing your Motherboard supports PCIe 2.0 @ x16 but we need to know what PSU is on your system, manufacturer and wattage at least so we can see its specs and help you the right way

Punkster is correct we can't really advise on this until we know the details of your system. If it's home built a motherboard model will be a lot of help. If you purchased a prebuilt computer we need the make and model number i.e. hp pavilion dv6000
