Crak3n, welcome to the forums.
Looks to be an old Sound Blaster Live sound card with a gameport on it. If that is what it is the only chance you have of getting it to work is to use this,

as the old style gameports aren't supported anymore in Windows (started in Vista). From reading the last couple of pages in that thread, it appears that the modded driver will also work in Windows 7 (32 bit only). If you are running Windows x64, no go.
Also if you're not using the gameport then I wouldn't worry about getting a driver installed for it, just right click on it in Device Manager and set it to Disabled.
