I need assistance with Customization/Personalisation

Hello, So about 1-2 days ago I was watching this video on youtube about how to.. When the video was explaining the tutorial, something caught my eyes and made me try to get with no success yet. It is a theme of some kind that has changed taskbar/right click/the colour of like when you open a file the top thing next to the close minimize etc.. It changed to a colour that doesn't exist in the personlization windows colours. So I assume it is a theme that can be downloaded and enabled for windows 7.

Here is the video, I wish you could like help me find this theme and direct me on how to enable it after you give me a link to the theme or whatever it is called.

It is a custom theme, you need to ask the video maker what it is or look at Browsing Visual Styles 7 on DeviantArt search for gray or dark theme.

You will need to do 1 of these 2 ways of Enabling custom themes for it to work.
