Providing you still have access to drivers then just purchase an XP MC edition disk online through Amazon, eBay, etc - from a reputable seller...

Assuming your original supplier cannot help you of course ;)

You do not need to buy a new copy of XP Media Center as you own that copy for the life of the machine to reinstall as often as you like.

What you need is the installer. Have you asked the manufacturer?

Clean Reinstalling XP Media Center can be complicated as you need to sort exactly which year Media Center it is for it to Activate, then find an OEM installer with SP3. Read the comments if forced to use a torrent to make sure nothing was added and that it can be activated with a COA Product Key like you have.

I have done a few of these in the past year and it takes diligence but can be done. Ask back for any more help.
