I have a problem connecting a network printer. I have a Desktop running Windows 7 (32 bit) with a Kodak 5100 AiO printer attached via USB cable. Works perfectly, just plugged it in and printed.
I also have a desktop running Windows XP which is connected wirelessly to my desktop. I have set up a network printer on that computer. Works perfectly. I can print from my XP and it prints on my Kodak connected to the Windows 7 desktop.
My brand new laptop running Windows 7 (64 bit) is another issue. BIG PROBLEM!!
When I try to set up a network printer on the laptop, I get an error message
(Big white X in red circle) Connect to Printer
Windows cannot connect to the printer.
(under details)
Operation failed with error 0x0000000d.
Any suggestion?? I'll try anything short of hitting my laptop with a hammer. (which I'm tempted to do)
This forum solved my Media player problem, I hope this issue can be resolved as well.
