I Need Help. Computer randomly restarts after BSOD

My computer randomly restarts after very quickly displaying this Error Message, I have no idea what's causing it.. I have windows 7 (64x) on
an HP Laptop

It appears you zipped up the wrong files. There should be a Windows7_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder included, not the exe file.
