I need help with drivers for a Netgear PCI WLAN 311v3

I recently upgraded from the windows 7 7068 beta build to the full Signature release x64 bit. On the 7068 release my WLAN card worked without any problems, but since the upgrade I cannot connect to the internet wirelessly. My computer doesn't even recognize that the card is installed even though I've installed the software from the disc and from the official website. What should I do?

insert the driver disk, find the unknown PCI device in device manager, right click on it and select "update driver software", then select "browse my computer", click the browse button and select the optical drive you put the disk into. if it fails, select reinstall using recommended settings. If that fails try doing the same thing from devices and printers (search from start menu).
