Hello everyone,

Today I bought hardware to build a computer.
I built it normally cause it loads the Bios and the you can hear the sound of the speaker.

But when I try to install Windows it stucks in the screens of selecting languages.
I have this problem when I also try to install other operating system.

Sometimes when I start my computer it reboots automatically.

Please I need help because I paid a lot of money for the hardware.

Thank you!
If you have any suggestions please tell me!

You should go over your build closely to see if you have any loose connections or improperly fitted the mobo or any parts.

Try removing all but 2gb of RAM to Clean Install Windows 7. Test your RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Next try formatting a primary NTFS Active partition to install upon using step 2.2 here after running the Clean command as also shown here: SSD - HDD Optimize for Windows Reinstallation

Reset the BIOS to defaults and set SATA controller to AHCI mode to try install first.

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD Yourself? Confirm the ISO or download another, burn another DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Let us know how these steps go as there will be others.
