Can you help me I have a problem. My laptop can not install windows seven. In fact this laptop was running Windows Vista. And when I try to install windows 7 it ​​freezes at the installation. If anyone has a solution to this problem I would be grateful.

I have another laptop running Windows 7 64 bit.
Another PC running Windows 8 64 bit pro.
Total of 3
the laptop is a fujitsu siemens amilo 1703.The installation hangs at 2%.

Have you tested this installation disk in any other computer??
You sure you don't have a 64-bit install disk there, & only 32-bit windows.

Where did you get Win7? Did you burn the DVD yourself? If so confirm the ISO and burn another using ImgBurn at 4x speed.

If this fails trying writing ISO to flash stick using Universal USB Installer with WIn7 in dropdown menu, then boot it under USB, Removable or HD's using the one-time BIOS Boot Menu key given on BIOS splash screen.
