I need to dramatically restrict features

Hi everyone! I am developing a piece of virtualization software. I have a server running several virtual machines. This software will have a Demo mode. While in this mode, the user can access one virtual machine running Windows 7 Ultimate. But, I just want this machine to run ONLY ONE SOFTWARE. So I want to let the user only run a program installed in it. I want to restrict features like Task manager, Command Prompt, Shut Down (I prioritary want to disable this), Restart, Log off, Switch User, Regedit and everything that may cause the machine shut down or stop working properly. This because it only needs to run that software.
P.S.: Someone suggested putting it on fullscreen but I want to present the user that this is a real Windows copy, so I want the taskbar and the clock visible, just as the normal os.

You could try vLite: http://www.intowindows.com/download-vlite-for-windows-7/ Not sure whether it will do everything you want to delete. But it is safe.

I never did it, but I found someways on the Internet.
Here you are two websites with tutorials how to do it :

Allow Users To Run Only Specified Programs in Windows 7

Restrict Access to Programs with AppLocker in Windows 7

I think, last is better for you because for ex. you can only disable RegEdit or Task Manager ,but with first you need to enable all others.
