i reset my dell m5110 with the f8 key now i have no drivers

My girlfriend recently gave me a dell m5110 that she bought from a pawn shop a while ago. The computer was running slow and was full of junk. I used the f8 to to a reset on it and now none of my usb ports work and i have no network access. It says the drivers are missing. I would download them o to my phone and transfer them but no usb ports. Please help

That seems quite normal. Usually one has to install drivers from a CD that came with the computer or download them from the maker's site. For Dell first locate the Service Tag on the case, maybe on the bottom or in the battery compartment. Use that number [alphanumeric] on http:// support.dell.com on a computer with 'net access to get the list of drivers you need. May have to save that to a CD and install from there. Most of the files will be named in this manner: Rxxxxxx.exe where x = a number.

Is there no where to find them on the hard drive?

Might look for a Dell Folder or a Drivers Folder but it'll depend upon the type of restore, may have deleted those Folders.
