Hey Guys!
As the title says, I think I am infected with a Spyware!
I have Bitdefender Total Security 2011, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and SUPERAntiSpyware. I run a FULL System Scan on all of these, but I didn't find anything ! First of all, I run Bitdefender full system scan (I didn't install Malwarebytes' and SUPERAntiSpyware yet) and it didn't find anything, then I installed Malwarebytes' and it didn't find anything! Finally, I installed SUPERAntiSpyware and it didn't find anything too!!!!
REASONS WHY I THINK I AM INFECTED!
1. Slow computer, and Internet Connection!
2.1. I have a Firefox addon (I DIDN'T INSTALL IT) called AutoComplete Pro, it considered as an adware in some forums, but ALL my anti-virus, anti-spyware didn't consider it as an adware
2.2 Today it strangely hidden like it is deleted, but I didn't delete it !!
3. Webpage automatically move down without I do anything!
4. Some processes terminate automatically! NOT Windows processes!

PLEASE HELP ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Thanks,
addas :(

AutoComplete Pro is not something I would want on my computer but it is probably not super-malicious based on what I have heard about it. It's more like one of those nuisance programs which sometimes sneak in while you are installing something else. It's kind of like the Yahoo! Toolbar.

I would list the processes you see starting and terminating on their own. Without a name it's hard to tell you what to do about them. Many normal programs do this, such as a program which checks for software updates automatically for something legitimate.

You've got three good tools there (BitDefender, Malwarebytes, and SUPERAntiSpyware) which should keep you pretty safe assuming you are not visiting sites that are quite risky to begin with.

I would run the standalone antivirus tool from Microsoft ( Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper Beta | Microsoft Connect ) and see if it catches anything. If it and the three you already have tell you you're clean then I would look for another cause for your troubles. :)

Try doing a scan with a AV Boot disk and see what it turns up.

Also you could try Norton Power Eraser and see what it says:

Norton Power Eraser | Free Tool |Easily remove scamware that traditional virus scanning can

Because Norton Power Eraser uses aggressive methods to detect threats, there is a risk that it can select some legitimate programs for removal. You should use this tool very carefully. If you accidentally remove a legitimate program, you can run Norton Power Eraser to review past repair sessions and undo them.

Hi, addas.

Firefox add-ons are not listed in add/remove programs. If it is not listed in Firefox Add-ons for removal, it may have been bundled with another extension, as reported by someone in this topic at the MBAM forum: Autocomplete pro. Some names to look for include acpro.exe, AcRemoteUpdate.exe, InstTracker.exe, AutocompletePro.dll, AutocompletePro
