Sorry for newbie questions. New here in the forums. My problem is, my task manager has 2 process "csrss.exe" and "winlogon.exe" and they dont have a username and description(BTW im using Windows 7 starter). Ive searched any info about it in google and they all said it was a windows process and its ok. I also found out that some virus can imitate those 2 process, so i downloaded antivirus and to no avail they did not find any virus at all even MSE. After i finished scanning I found out that I have some hidden folders in my documents they are my music - my videos - my pictures. 1 shortcut folder and another with a padlock logo in it.
(screeny:http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j180/aries0o521/MyDocuments.jpg)
And also in my drive C. The folders are Documents and Setting and Recycle.bin

Is my netbook really infected by a virus. If it is what whould i do? Thank you so much in advance.

Hi bordz0o521, welcome to the forums :)

The 2 processes are standard in the running of Windows, I have them running too :p. The padlock icons means that the 'Owner' of the folder is 'SYSTEM' and it's nothing to be concerned about. If you are unsure you can download malwarebytes from Malwarebytes and run a system scan just for piece of mind.

Hope this helps :)

The reason you are seeing those "extra" folder icons in your document library is because you have unchecked the folder option that says "Hide protected operating system files (Recommended)". You would be better off to leave that option enabled, since those are protected system files there's nothing you can do with them which is why they show the padlock.

Unless your netbook is exhibiting strange behavior (running slow, freezing, etc...) I wouldn't worry about those processes, they are normal system processes.
