Tried everything...

Dear Forum, I tried a lot but not this. I followed the instructions and uploaded the zipfile with both files as requested.
The computer is a Dell Inspiron 8200, that worked flawlessly with winXP. Since I put Win7 Ultimate on it, I receive BSOD. Strange because I have two other Dell 8200 with the same configuration running without a hitch. I tried swapping memory banks with the other two machines, they kept running, this one kept giving BSOD's. I tried memory tests, and it gave me memory errors. Switching memory banks didn't do the trick so I have a hunch it might be somewhere else. I think it is hardware related, although ever since I installed sp1 the BSOD happen far less. I even thought I had tackeld the problem, but alas. Please help.
Thanks!
Gert-Jan Lind

Your RAM modules are defective, you should buy new ones

Please remove any Windows XP drivers from your system, use Windows7 Certified ones. Or use the default Windows7 drivers
Get newer drivers from Dell, http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=mn
Note that obsolete computers no longer receive any driver updates

Update your 3Com 3C905B-TX Networking driver, the current driver is 9 years old

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

Dear Yowanvista,
I don't believe my memory is defective, as I swapped them with others. In my two other Dell's they work, in this computer not. Further I tried upgrading the drivers, but all are the most recent according to Windows. For instance the 3com driver: I tried to upgrade, but received an 'all is up to date' message. I also did this for the cwawdm.sys driver, but apparently Crystal did not make a newer driver. I'll check the other three drivers, especially the nvidea drivers.
Thanks for your help.

Run Memtest86 to confirm the RAM defect

Note that the Geforce4 MX series graphics are unsupported on Windows7, you will get no drivers

Yep: downloaded the test, put it on a bootable floppy (did you know that Win7 does not see a floppy anymore... back to old trusty DOS I did). It's now running, I'm leaving it on for the night.
Thanks again for your help.

18 passes

Dear Yowanvista,
After running for 26 hours, and making 18 passes at my memory banks (mostly during the night), they stood up like a man! Not one error. I guess its not the memory...
Any other thoughts?
Greetings,
Gert-Jan

Dear Yowanvista,
I looked at the drivers. cwawdm.sys is the Crystal driver for the soundboard. Old, and not upgradable. But, this driver is working Ok in my two other Dell 8200 Inspirons. The same goes for the other driver, el90Xbc5.SYS. This driver is for the 3Com wired network card. As I use the wireless connection I disabled the network card. But also for this card the same story goes: in the other Dells it gives no problem.
