Solved I-Tunes is missing text

I've tried uninstalling everything and re-installing and nothing. The attachment is a screen shot of what I see. We have 2 Iphones. My husband has the 4 and I have the 5c. It does the same thing for both of them. Any help would be great. I just got mine and so need music and new ring tones let alone backing it up.

Welcome to Seven Forums Terri G. Confirm that the Segoe UI Bold and Segoe UI Regular fonts are installed on the PC

If they are missing, you can download the default fonts here:

If they are present, make sure they are set to show

Thank you so much for your help. I did have the fonts but deleted them and re-installed and it's perfect now!!!!
