Just tried to install Itunes 10.1 but get the window i nattacment,also cannot uninstall 100% as Bonjer is still running have treid most reccomended solutions including a different user profile
Also now cannot install windos update Error code 57 A
Would appreciate any ideas

Did you try these?
Try to uninstall in safe mode
Go to run (by search)
type msconfig
go to start up items
Then uncheck the program that is the problem, then reboot.

Many thanks did all you reccomended still get unknown file that will not allow installation

Just to be safe
Make a full antivirus scan
Download and make a full updated scan with malwarebytes

I am sure that this is ok, but just that small chance. Lets play it safe

If you are negative, we can try with revno to uninstall.

Sorry it is part of I Tunes I managed to delete it in safe mode

OK so its all deleted and yet you cant uninstall because it is supposedly running?
If so download and use ccleaner. It may be remnants that remain.

I use CC Cleaner as a standard no luck
as I had tried to reinstall I went into safe mode and tried to uninstall Bonjour it came up with installer not working, possibly the windows installer is the problem
I do not which one to down load from microsoft for windows 7
Am off to bed thanks for help so far will try again tomorrow

Umm... I haven't had this problem before, and I don't really think my solution will work. Anyway, here it is:
Run CCleaner and delete what it finds.
Turn off any Antivirus programs.
Right click the install file and press Run as administrator
Install it.

You may have iTunes working. If it doesn't work, just try installing iTunes 10.0, or go back to iTunes 9.

In all fairness though, if you have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, you really do need it.

All done still will not load I think I might have to reinstall Windows 7

It is of course your choice.
I have helped out on BSOd and the solution was remove I tunes
NOobvious has give a link showing problems with Itunes.
If you were paying me and I had to give you the best advice, it would be dont reinstall until you unistall Itunes and the forget about it

I see the problem as not being able to uninstall Bojour which when I delete it says it is being used in the Apple application and I have deleted every apple file I can find

Hve managed to clear Bonjour out re run I Tunes installation and get message in attached file

Thanks to Nooobvious I used Z Zip File Manager to separate the folder and then install programmes individually slightly different to his reccomendations but the same principle
