i want to disable two things

mainly i want to disable whatever is automatically aligning windows with the top of the screen

i mean if i try to drag a window so the top of it leaves the screen, once i let go the window snaps back and aligns with the top of the screen



also, i wanna know if its possible to disable the feature where sometimes when u drag the window up it will transparently go full screen and if u let go it goes full screen

Ok, you want to get rid of something called aero snap.
Go to control panel -> Ease of access center (sort by large icons) -> click on 'make it easier to focus on tasks' -> scroll down to the bottom and check 'prevent windows from being automatically arranged when dragged to edge of windows'

And that'll do it

but aero-snap is the coolest thing, since sliced bread.
if you set the appearance to 'performance' the dwm.exe process uses only ~300KB, and with everything on (pretty mode) it ranges from 6-8MB (for me anyway)
