Is it true that if I send my Toshiba Satellite L505D-S9565, they can replace the ingergrated graphics card in my laptop?

And if not, is there a way to add a new graphics card to it?

Integrated graphics cards are almost always soldered onto the motherboard. They would end up replacing your motherboard.

It is unlikely that your laptop has any expansion slots for a discrete card, so that would be a no to the new graphics card.
