I would like suggestions for screen capture program

Throughout the forums I have noticed several posts that have a nice screen shot with arrows,etc. I would love to have a program that does that but haven't had much luck with my searches, besides that, I'm just plain lazy. Here's an example shot of what I mean.

i use snagit, its very good and has dozens of features,
if you want a free one then try jing

I use the free version of Screenpresso - Simple and effective screen capture

I also use Jing. Advantage - you can trigger the snapshot from an F. key. I set it to F9. That allows you also to make snapshots from context menus etc. If you had to click, they would go away.

There are tons of screenshot programs which can do this, Snagit, DuckLink Capture, Free Screenshot Capture, ShareX etc. They all have plenty of annotation options.
