iChat From Mac To Windows ???

Hi

Would the video quality using iChat from a Mac computer to a Windows computer thats using AIM be any better then Skype to Skype?

I'm using Skype to network with another user but the video quality is poor. i know they would need to use AIM as there is no iChat for Windows but before proceeding i was wondering if it was worth the bother.

Probably not. Video chat is often throttled by network constrains and poor web cams. Skype (current version) should support anything your web cam can offer.
