Icon different from Web Address

I set my homepage to Google.com but the address bar shows a limewire icon followed by the google web address. What is happening? Everything else works perfectly. Anyone with the same experience?

Can you do a screenshot of what you mean? limewire doesn't sound good, on the surface of things.

I would check for virus and spyware. Use your A/V to run a scan. Limewire is p2p, sharing, it makes me uncomfortable.
