Icon Issues

Hi

For the past few days now I have been having issues with boxes around my desktop icons, I'm running Windows 7 Pro on my desktop pc. All the latest windows updates are installed. Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

Attached is an example of the issue.

Judging from your screenshot, it looks more like a theme issue, how the selected theme handles that transparent area around icons. Have you tried another theme, does this still occur?

try pressing ctrl and scroll down with your mouse ,i have just tried and this is what i see when i enlarge then reduce size

edit . of course ,click on an area of your desktop first!.
