Icon Problem

hello everyone and i have a problem with my icon like this pic
so anyone can tell me whats wrong with the 'icon' in front of program icon and how to remove it. mine is windows 7 home premium

It appears that you shorcut arrow overlay icon has gotten changed at some point. You can use the tutorial below to either remove or change it back to the default arrow.
