Hey everyone,

Im new to the forum and I have a customization question for you guys. Im not sure if something along these lines has been posted before, if so I was unable to find it.

On the "widgets" you are able to choose a opacity setting, and then when you scroll over them with your mouse they come to full opacity. Now, is it possible to do the same thing with other desktop icons? Is there a tweak, or some sort of software that would cover most if not all icons?
