Hi there
I just installed win 7. After a reboot the icons look like on yhe screenshot
I need to remove computer or recycle bin icon via the control panel to fix this every time I log on.

It looks like your shortcut arrow overlay icon has been messed up. You can use the tutorial below to restore the default shortcut arrows. Afterwards, you can remove the shortcut arrow using the same tutorial if you didn't want it.
