icons popping up when opening programs
when I open a program from the desktop other icons related to the program pop up on the desktop, example: I open dvdsanta from desktop icon and an icon called language.set and zfa06548 pop up on the desktop. thanks for your replies, cisco

I've never used that app, but my first guess is those are files related to the application and not just icons. Did you install the app to your desktop or download a portable version?

I hadn't used it in quite a while, but I pulled it out of my archive and installed it, but I'm not having that problem...but then what I have is version 4.50 demo. I imagine that the current version is beyond that.

problem solved, i dont know why and cant remember where my desktop icon file was located, but i went through explorer and opened it and it worked fine so just deleted icon and made another. thanks for the replies.
