Ide hd not recognized

For some reason when i loaded windows 7 it will only recognize my SATA drive but not my IDE. Any one know why? or how to fix it. thanks

Is it enabled in bios? Is bios set to mixed drives sata & Ide?

Where have you checked? Only the explorer?
Check disk management. Maybe Win7 didn't assign a drive letter.

ok the ide worked in vista so bios should be set right. i dont know how to check disk management? but ill look it up thanks :)
