Identifying .. no network access .

I keep getting this weird error and my network shows limited connectivity, whenever I recover my laptop from sleep or hibernate. Even though a restart usually fixes it, its kinda annoying to reboot your system all the time, especially when you are moving between classes in an university setup.

Option 1 - Disable the Wi-Fi adapter's Power Management Mode from Device Manager, please see attached image.

Option 2 - Have you tried disabling the VMware adapter?

Option 3 - Run the Network Troubleshooter tool from your computer.
Using the Network troubleshooter in Windows 7
