IE 10 Multiple Crashes

IE 10 is crashing multiple times while browsing during all sessions......seems to crash no matter what site I am on. I am running Windows 7 Pro all current updates Flash Player is most recent as well as Java. I get Explorer has stoppped message with the following info:

Thanks thrashzone for your efforts, unfortunately i did apply twice your solutions without any success in two different threads.:(
I'm like the OP, IE10 crashing nearly twice a day.

PS: I'm running Oc'ed at 4.2 everyday, but its the only app that is crashing when i close the IE browser windows (it had never happened while i'm browsing & surfin')

Very bazar situation,
I also have both a 64 bit and 32 bit system without any crashes at all,
I do not have Java installed and Flash is disabled for most of the time.

We can mark this solved.......apparently after using Freemake for a couple years either an update to windows or freemake was causing the issues............as I was trying the add ons Freemake is clearly the issue.thanks for the help.........any suggestions on a replacement for freemake?
