Hi,

Is there a way to troubleshoot this issue?

I don't see anything in the Windows Logs to indicate an error or warning.

It sounds like you have 2 different issues, are they related? Be aware Youtube has an issue now where the videos start muted. The speaker icon on the player will have an X next to it. You have to click on the speaker and turn up the volume slider. It usually works until you close that browser.

For the freezing issue, are you on the latest version of Flash? Or have you recently changed the Flash version? Any software or hardware changes that might explain the issue? If you know when the problem started, you might try a System restore point from before it began.

You might try turning off Hardware acceleration and see what effect that has on the freezes
