IE 11 dosen't finish loading sites.

About 75% of my Favorites won't finish loading no matter how long I wait. This just started happening a day ago.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Version) 11.0.9600....

I have a little more info: I noticed that the sites that won't finish loading are the ones that have AD's that load with the site, the ad's and not loading so the page can finish. Could this be something in my settings or my antivirus software?
AVR Free is the software.

Try run in cmd: ipconfig -flushdns
if that doesn't work try another DNS server: (run "ipconfig -flusdns" again after changing)
