IE 11 download info

Running Win 10 and after doing a completed fresh reinstall IE 11 no longer works. It isn't even listed in Add & Remove program features. The executable is installed under Program Files/Internet Explorer, but clicking on it does nothing. Is there a site that I can download IE 11 and try reinstalling it. Or if anyone that may have a fix I would be glad to try. Thanks

Sorry that did not help. I might add that I originally upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10, It worked fine then but had a major crash and did a clean install of Win 10 and now it does not work. Any other suggestions appreciated. I don't really want to do another clean install and have to install all my programs again.
